InBody 570 body-composition testing
Your first InBody 570 body-composition test is free. Return visits are $20. Walk-ins are welcome, and testing typically takes about 5–10 minutes.
InBody testing estimates body-composition measures such as skeletal muscle mass, body fat, and body water. Results can be used to follow trends over time and do not replace medical evaluation.
Before your test
- Avoid eating immediately before testing.
- Avoid strenuous exercise before testing.
- Use the restroom beforehand.
- Remove shoes and socks.
- For trend comparison, repeat testing under similar conditions when possible.
