Quality Care provides personal prescription support, refill assistance, medication guidance, and help resolving prescription or insurance-related issues. Our pharmacists and staff communicate with prescribers when needed and take time to help patients understand their medications.
Prescriptions & refills
Fill new prescriptions, request refills, or move your prescriptions to Quality Care. Existing patients can refill online through RxLocal or call the pharmacy — whichever is easier.
Medication synchronization
Our MedSync program helps coordinate eligible maintenance prescriptions around a regular pickup date. The pharmacy reviews upcoming medication needs and prepares eligible refills together when possible.

Free local delivery
Free local delivery is available in Wylie, Sachse, Murphy, and nearby areas. Our service area generally extends toward the President George Bush Turnpike, Parker, and the eastern Wylie/Highway 78 area. Call the pharmacy if you are unsure whether your address is included.
Texas shipping
Shipping is available within Texas for eligible prescriptions. Availability, timing, medication restrictions, and any special packaging requirements may vary. Call the pharmacy for current options.
Medication packaging
Ask about medication packaging options that organize medications by day and time. Traditional blister packaging is available. MOT Next packaging is available for patients enrolled in MedSync, so refills can be coordinated on a regular schedule.
Immunizations & testing
Ask about currently available vaccinations, health screenings, and pharmacist-supported clinical services. Availability and eligibility vary, so call ahead to confirm.
